General Admission Criteria

All applicants intending to study at Balob Teachers College must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Completed Grade 12 with a minimum GPA set by the Department of Education.
  • Minimum B grade in Language & Literature (English).
  • Minimum C grade in Mathematics A or B.
  • Minimum C grade in any Science subject.
  • A positive character reference from school or community leaders.
  • Medical clearance issued by a certified health professional.

Additional Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of admission.
  • All applicants must pass the college’s internal screening process.
  • Non-school leavers must provide certified copies of transcripts.
  • In-service applicants must include a letter of recommendation from their employer.

Please ensure all documents submitted are certified. Incomplete applications will not be processed. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission, as space is limited.
