The Dale Busse Academic Library is an integral part of Balob Teachers College, sharing its history since the institution was established in 1965 by the Lutheran and Anglican Churches. Under the leadership of the founding Principal, Mr. Frederick Stolz, the college was founded to provide quality teacher education in Papua New Guinea. From its beginning, the library has played a vital role in supporting the academic mission of the college by providing access to knowledge and educational resources for students, lecturers, and staff.
